Is my order confirmed?

When will you ship my order and when can I expect the delivery?

All prepaid orders are shipped within 24 hours except public holidays. All COD orders are shipped within 36 hours except public holidays. Final delivery time will vary based on location.

 Do you charge for shipping or delivery?

We do charge a nominal amount on orders below Rs.499 but above 499 all orders are delivered free.
Fas-track delivery is chargeable. 

Return shipping charges will be paid by customer only. 

How can I track my order?

An email and WhatsApp notification is sent to you after the order is shipped. It contains the tracking number and details of the service provider. You can also track your order if you create an account with us. The tracking number will be available once you login to your customer account.

Can I have my order gift-wrapped?

Absolutely! We are a gift shop after all! The gift wrap option is available for all products, and you will see this option during checkout. You can also write a gift message. Please note that as per government mandate, we will have to send across the invoice with all shipments.

 I have received a damaged product, what should I do?

Return Policy?

Return or replacement request will only be accepted in case of physical damage or manufacturing defect. We request you to read the description or the product properly as we won't entertain return requests if your didn't like the purchase.

Replacement Policy?

In case of manufacturing defect or physical damage of the product where replacement has to be provided to the customer, replacement will be dispatched after received the damaged or faulty piece.
